Teal Tea-length Dress

This dress is a pretty, light teal with polka dot detail on the top portion. I’m a dress size 4 and 5’8” tall-this dress falls at my mid-thigh and fits perfectly everywhere else. Comes with thin, brown belt. Only worn twice.
