Teal Sheath Dress w/ Scalloped V-neck

Everly brand teal sheath dress with adorable scalloped v-neckline. Teal color is more green and less blue in real life than in the photo. Tag doesn’t have a size listed but the bust measured flat from the front is 17”, so 34” front and back (not a true circumference measurement though; the bust was way too large on me and I’m a 34C). I’m guessing it’d work as a medium or M/L. As it’s a sheath silhouette, the circumference stays virtually the same all the way down.
