Measures pit to pit laying flat 17 inches Shoulder to hem is 16.5 inches Shoulder to hem is 53 inches (from top of strap to one of the longest point on the hem) Handkerchief style bottom. Straps are not adjustable. No material tag, but it is a double layer dress, the top laying is kinda sheer and inside layer is same off white color.
