Teal Long Belted Shirt

Here is a shirt that is brand new from Kohl’s. My mom got it for me *years* ago but it wasn’t my style and I didn’t have the heart to tell her so it sat in my closet and I never wore it. Now I’m selling it. It’s from the brand Derek Heart, it’s teal with a belt decoration, and it is a size small. It looks to me like it would pair perfectly with a pair of black leggings! It does say size small on it but the tag doesn’t say anything else so I’m not sure whether this is for juniors or for kids.
