Teal Floral Rose Lace Pattern Blouse

Nice lace blouse can be dressed up or down. Its a really pretty teal color and there is an attached tank top built into the top. It has been washed and worn a lot, but is in good condition overall. There are these little elastic strings coming out near the waistband area (see pictures), but you could easily cut them and no one would notice. 💜 Offers welcome! 💜
