ayanana @jk3dproductions sorry for the delay! It is about 11.5 inches when not worn, and it can stretch up to about 16in.

ayanana @jk3dproductions I normally wear size 0/1 for bottoms and I wore this high waisted. The length is also about 12.5 -13 in. The little stain is on the back bottom area where it hits the thigh on the left. One of the mark is on the inner layer, so you can’t see it from the outside.
