Teal Blouse with ruffle front and racer back

Teal floral print. This is a good shirt for wearing in a professional setting, maybe worn with a blazer over it. It would fit better on someone with bigger boobs (mine are too small and can’t fill it out). The material is not stretchy but well-made and really pretty. It’s thin so good for hot weather. The back has lace and an open cut.
