Tea length a-line semiformal halter dress

Stunning high-low cotton halter dress with a touch of spandex for an incredibly flattering fit! The halter ties are securely attached and are a petal pink chiffon material. It features an invisible back zipper, is fully lined, and if you choose a strapless look, you can simply tuck the straps in. I wore this when I was a 34D and had a 28” waist and never felt cuter than I did in this dress. Unfortunately it no longer fits me.
