Tea Length Evening Skirt

This is a beautiful skirt for evening wear or prom. It is an iridescent deep blue that turns black depending on how the light hits it. There is a hidden side zipper with a two button closure. The petticoat is black crinoline with a blue hem the color of the skirt. Waist measurement 27” Length 38” All items are from my personal closet. Feel free to ask any questions!
