Tea Collection toddler girls hooded snowflake sweater - we were first owners and this was bought at a sample sale, which I believe is why the tag is incorrect! It fit us between ages 3 & 4, measurements as shown in last photos (about 12” across chest and about 17” nape to bottom hem.). In excellent used condition!
