Tea Collection girls dress/swim coverup size 5

I believe this is from the India Tea Collection.. It was bought as a swim cover up but we liked it so much that it ended up being a dress or tunic as sometimes it was worn with leggings. Design at the bottom is in black, dress fabric is a cotton weave. Beautiful, like new.
