Tea Collection cotton linen bubble romper with ruffle straps in colorful stripe

A soft sun-washed cotton linen, super cute shape with the gathers at the top and ruffles on the straps. Romper or jumpsuit. The straps have two buttons for size adjustments; you could also make the straps into a cross-back. Good to great used condition, there’s one lineny thread nub on the front that I took a photo of and it has that washed and soft linen feel as opposed to new and stiff.
