Cute T-bags dress, lightly worn. Very comfortable material and is perfect for a night out or work event. The sleeves come to the elbow so perfect all year round. Throw a cute blazer over it for a polished look. Comes with a draw string but it come out but it can be restrung by a tailor. Or add a belt or wear it loose fitting. Colors are navy blue and white.
