mwood223 @stylestarlet The dresses are identical and every source says that dress was Oleg Cassini. And remember she was this in 2009, not around the 1989 era where a lot of her looks were Lorena Sarbu.

mwood223 @stylestarlet I feel like you’re thinking of the dress she wore to the 2014 VMA’s which was by Lorena Sarbu and it is silver fringe so it is kinda similar. This one was worn at the Justin Timberlake & Friends concert in 2009 and was by Oleg Cassini Black Tie. If you google both events you can see they’re very different looks and different designers.
