I was a 6.5 before my pregnancy, and now I fit a size 7. These still fit, I just don't use them. I hardly use heels anymore.

Thanks - I’m a 7/7.5 - can make a 7 work usually in heels but I think might be stretching it at 6.5. If they ran big I’d be more optimistic
