This beautiful dress is inspired by the character Anna from Disney's frozen movies. The top is black with puffy sleeves and gold graphic detail on the front. The skirt is a combination of layered tulle and chiffon in black and gold colors. It has a sheer white cape that is removeable. The dress itself is in fantastic condition.
