Taxco inlay turquoise and sterling fish pendant

I’m not sure how old this pendant is. It tests positive for silver and has the coolest sea blue turquoise in the shape of a fish. It’s 5 inches long x 1.75 inches wide at widest point. There is some patina. I don’t see a stamp, but older vintage pieces often do not carry them.
