Taupe ruffle sleeve tunic

There are no identifiable tags on this tunic, but I purchased it myself from a boutique in Blue Ridge Georgia and it fits a 3X – I have a 44 triple D bust, and there was plenty of room. The fabric is extremely soft and the top washes beautifully.
