Taupe booties from Chic Soul size 10

Brand new pair of taupe colored booties. Size 10 Purchased from Chic Soul boutique and I needed a size bigger. I’m normally a 10 but they are not wide enough and I missed my return window Only worn to try on and walk thru the house Looking to get what I paid for them.
