Please read carefully: these eye shadows are not new. Smashbox: some swatches, and tarte: I have used it, however there is still more than 75% of it left. The case is somewhat dirty from my huge make up collection. Only selling these as I hardly use it and it still has plenty of life left. It is a good starting kit for anyone who wants to try smashbox and tarte but don't want to spend the money.
