Tarte skin treat

Sugar rush blurring skin tint in tan. Full size and in box, tried a few times could never get it to work for me. Box and tube were both cleaned, it’s just a very staining product. Box says expired March of 2021, if this bothers you please do not purchase. Thank you! 💄💋
