ljhaynes27 @pearljampj hey sorry it took so long started new job been busy af. Took a pic with the flash so you can see they are not two tone. And they do say Tarte on them. Unfortunately I’ve been duped and the fakes don’t say tarte on the brushes because of copyright laws. Hope that helps!!
