Tart Tie-Dye Dress Keyhole Back Medium

Really pretty dress from Tart. Blue tie-dye print, sleeveless, empire waist and flows out to pleated A-line skirt, large keyhole/open back. Super soft and comfortable. Measures roughly 15" armpit to armpit and 35" long, size medium but it's stretchy. Excellent condition.
