This dress is by Tart and is a soft blue/grey striped baby doll dress. It is fully lined and has side pockets!! It is so much cuter in person than these pictures show . Hard to measure length but from neck to hem it is approx 25”. It is an xs and is in very good shape!! Unique neckline with a small triangle opening at the neck.
