Target burgundy ruffle high neck patterned dress

Target dress. Super pretty, good for fall and winter weddings and other year round events. Not velvet. The neck is a little high but it didn’t bother me much because I loved the way it fit so much! Super sad to see it go so I hope someone else enjoys it like I did
