Target blue pencil skirt. (Xs but fits like a s/m)

Super cute. Only wore it once to a wedding a while back. Cotton like material, and reasonably thick. Like new. Xs from target. I'm a size 2 right now and I wore it when I was a size 4. Fits more like a medium or small. Feel free fo offer, bundle, or ask questions! (Preferably bundle cause I'm a student)
