Target Xhilaration PARTY DRESS!!!

As you know Target never disappoints! I wore this dress once for my Uncles 60th. I was going for cute/chic with some edginess. This dress gave it all. It’s flows like your waking on air. You can dress up with heels. Or put on a Jean jacket with sneakers. For me I decided to put it over a white long sleeve shirt and paired with Thigh High Black Boots to give a casual chic style.
