Target Mossimo Sheer Floral Dress with Slip

Navy blue semi-sheer floral dress with flutter sleeves from Target's Mossimo line. Comes with navy blue slip. Comfortable elastic waistband but has hidden loops for a belt (the dress was supposed to come with a belt, but I bought it without one because it was the last in my size). Worn twice and in excellent condition.
