Target Midi Skirt in Scarlet Orange Size Medium

Scarlet orange midi skirt from target in size medium. Fits a little too big on me. Has a band on the waist. Never been worn and it’s currently still being sold at target. My measurements are: height 5’7”, bust 36D, waist 29”, hips 39”. The flat measurements of this garment are: length 32”, bust 17”, waist 14.5”, hips 20.5”.
