Target Mascot Bulleyes Snorkel dog RARE

Target Bulleyes Bull Terrior Dog. this is the Snorkel plush dog. from 2007 Target sold these with the dog wearing different outfits. the swim Snorkel dog is one of the rare ones that is hard ro find for a collector. sill has is eye visor. all his swim gear is in great shape. the left fin (when you are looking at him) does show a small amount of red color showing some signs. it's not like it's peeling. more like the red is slightly rubbing off. rhe last picture is the foot. I had to zoom. he stand sits down good. his stuffing is all intact. I do not see any marks or dirt on his white body. I see a dirty mark on his free Snorkel and on his ring in the blue area. I left them as I wasn't sure how to clean it and didn't want to do any damage to him. found no other issues or flaws. smoke free home and pet friendly home.
