Target Blue Sheer Swimsuit Coverup

This polyester dress is so cute. Could be worn with a slip underneath but I’d recommend this as a swimsuit coverup. It is sheer and in the pictures I wore a blue bralette and black spandex shorts underneath. The top part is less sheer. There is a tiny run in it on part of the back, I included an image.
