Target Black Floral Dress XS

Measurements: - tag size: XS - pit to pit: 16” - waist: 13-15” - length (pit to hem): 26” Simple black dress from Target (brand is A New Day) with a cute floral tulip pattern. Nice wide straps and has some stretch at the waist. I’m short so it was a midi length on me, could be more of a mini dress on someone taller. No flaws! Super cute for spring or summer.
