Cute Dr. Who Tardis handmade poplin dress. I bought it handmaid, no size tag but fits a small-medium. Has an elastic neckline and under the bust. Reposhing, worn once after purchasing and is in excellent condition. Very comfortable, material stretches a bit and reaches above the knee. Perfect for Comic Con and other conventions!
