New with tags but has a few spots/discoloration, as pictured. I have not tried to remove said spots but I believe some will likely some out. Nothing is very noticeable and I'd wear it as is if it weren't so tight around my arms. Marked a m/l. My bust (pictured) is 40" and I'm 5'11". Could fit a larger bust and would work better on someone with a slightly shorter torso. Perfect for VLV or other rockabilly events. Tara Starlet was a vintage repro brand based in London.
