This Tanya Taylor skirt is brand new with tags. As pictured, the safety pin attaching the tag has led to two black marks on the skirt- I have not tried to stain treat, as it is brand new with tags. I do believe these spots will come out along with the dirt scuffs near the bottom. Ribbed texture. Small cutouts. Modal blend. Sweater style. Has some stretch. High waist. Above the knee.
