thestrugglereal @brongoa yes, the straps are adjustable and the top from base of strap to hem is 17 inches. I added a photo with the tape measure for reference.

thestrugglereal @lonepine7 sorry for the delay. The back straps are adjustable. You can create a crisscross with the straps. The armpit to armpit measure 16 1/4 inches across lying flat. I added photos to the back and the armpits measurements. The photos are a good representation on the condition of the swim top. This is not brand new.
