@gparolisi it isn't tight fitted it is stretchy around the lining under the chest so its comfortable but yes it hangs and fits true to xs but it's stretchy

@gparolisi yes! The band under the chest area is flexible so I know that's no issue I guess it just depends on how you want the chest to fit you my sister has a bigger chest than me and she said it wasn't a perfect fit
