This writing part is a holographic, rainbow, colorful, shiny, gem, bead looking material. It is still soft and moves comfortably with the fabric. It’s similar to sequins, but it does not extend away from the fabric, it is smooth. They won’t fall off. I got this at a sport training event. It would be excellent for working out, etc, but it can also be a casual t shirt or anything you want to wear it for. Never used, still has tag.
