Tank Dress with Zipper closure

Size medium, multi color dress. Material is 95% polyester & 5% spandex. Front zipper is functional, and can be unzipped to waist. Dress is heavy with a neoprene like feel. Can be worn all seasons. Small pleats at waist, but very subtle. Length from shoulder to bottom hem is 38". Never worn - Smoke free, pet free home.
