Tangerine athletic skirt, fits small

So cute and in excellent condition! But it’s an XL, and fits small. I would say probably more like a large. Or if you like your skirt tight, it would fit xl. Navy blue bottom and royal blue waist. One back hidden pocket. Built in shorts.
