TanTrums Vintage Embroidered Vest

Black velvet embroidered button up vest that ties in the back. Brand is TanTrums. I bought from a vintage store for $75, but haven’t ended up wearing. My loss is your gain. Size says 1x, but I thought it looked cute oversized (I’m normally a small/medium) with a solid tee or turtleneck underneath. Make me a reasonable offer!
