Tan oversized flowy top with detail

Fun detailing at neckline (scoop neck). Has large sleeves (half sleeve length) and it long - meant to be scrunched up and worn normal length. Good condition (EUC except the neckline has some strings coming out - has always been this way!). Large so can be worn by sizes XS - M!
