Tan mid length dress w/ scarf like neck attached

This dress is so fun! As you can wear it year round even though it is a dress! It is a tan, mid length dress with a scarf like neck attachment (not sure what it is called). It is sleeveless as well. You can pair it with a cardigan, any type of jacket or simply by its self.
