@catchbreath - hi sorry for the delay but I was out of town & just got home. The measurements laid flat are 12 1/2 inches across the waist & the length is 17 inches

@hotfashionvibes - sorry for the delay but I measured the hip area of the skirt & laying flat it measures 16 inches which would be 32 inche hips
