Elastic waist and extremely form fitting. 80% polyester and 20% spandex. Plenty of stretch. True to size. I’m modeling and am 5’2.5.” Elastic waist stretches from 24.5-29.” Feels super soft - almost like a thin suede. Never worn- no issues.
