Tan chiffon maxi skirt with elastic waistband

Tan maxi skirt by Halogen. Sized as a small but fits closer to a medium/large. The waist has been taken in by ~2" making it fit as a medium. There's light pulling to the chiffon layer at the bottom hem of the skirt but is not noticeable unless you're looking for it (see pictures). There are a few small stains that should be easy to remove with a trip to the dry cleaners. None are particularly noticeable unless you're looking for them.
