Tan buckled felt hat

Purchased from Rue21..when I received it I realized it was way too wide for my head and then missed the window to return it. Very cute, just not for me! It does have where you can adjust the fit in the inside. Asking less than what I paid after tax and shipping which was $22. Any questions just ask!
