Tan and Multicolor Poncho with Fringe

Stylish tan poncho with multicolor stripes and fringe. Features a toggle closure. Size is one size fits all. New without tags. Never worn. There is a hood attached as well. There is one piece of loose stitch (see last pic) but it doesn’t have any holes.
