flipperchic_ @edonato7 so I am very interested lol. I am just wondering how these work? I am starting to tumble again, and I have weak wrist. How do these give support?

edonato7 @alexandra__02 These are made to secure your wrists and stabilize them while you are tumbling and they prevent you from straining or spraining your wrists. There are 4 plastic inserts and 2 foam inserts. For the greatest support, you should use the foam + the two plastic inserts in each tiger paw.

edonato7 @alexandra__02 For lighter support, you should insert either 1 or 2 plastic supports, or just the foam support (or any other combination of inserts - you’re able to adjust the support level of the tiger paws to whatever support you need).

edonato7 @alexandra__02 I used these tiger paws once or twice before I quit gymnastics so they are in excellent condition. They take a little bit to get used to but they really helped my wrists, since I also have weak wrists.
