Tan Sabine Top with Sequins & Beads

I love the fancy, dressed up, feel of this tank top, but as you can see the tags are still on. I've tried it on several times since buying it, but it runs small. If you're on the medium side of large, this top is perfect for you. I'm on the xl side of large and it fits, but it's too snug in the chest for me.
